Terms of Service
Effective date: July 23, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to KBzA iWorks Social ("iWorks Social" or the "Service"), a product operated by Krieger Bangerz LLC ("Krieger Bangerz," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. U.S.-only private beta
The Service is an invitation-only U.S. private beta with Meta review in progress. It is not offered to the general public or to users outside the United States. Access may be limited, suspended, changed, or withdrawn at any time.
3. Current service scope
The current approval build may allow an authorized account operator to connect eligible Instagram Professional accounts through Meta, read authorized profile and media information, inspect conversations and selected threads, and use messaging features for eligible inbound conversations.
The current private beta does not offer bulk sends, public self-service registration, scheduling, publishing, comment management, billing, or guaranteed analytics.
4. Eligibility and account authority
You must be at least 18, be located in the United States, and have authority to connect and operate every Facebook Page and Instagram Professional account you authorize. You must comply with applicable law, Meta requirements, and notice or consent obligations owed to message participants.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and in accordance with applicable Meta and Instagram terms, policies, and community standards. You must not:
- Access, connect, or act on an account you are not authorized to manage.
- Use the Service for spam, harassment, fraud, unlawful surveillance, deceptive conduct, or rights violations.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, account isolation, Service controls, rate limits, opt-out enforcement, or other safeguards.
- Probe, scan, scrape, publicly disclose benchmarks, or test vulnerabilities without written authorization.
- Share access credentials or permit an unapproved person to use your invitation.
- Introduce malicious code or interfere with the Service or its providers.
- Use the Service in a way that violates Meta platform requirements or applicable law.
6. Messaging features and responsibility
The Service may help authorized account operators review, manage, prepare, queue, route, or send responses to inbound Instagram conversations. Responses may be prepared, queued, routed, or sent through configured software workflows, Service controls, account settings, and platform permissions.
You are responsible for configuring and supervising the Service for your connected accounts, including any response settings, approval settings, escalation rules, opt-out handling, and account-specific limits. You are also responsible for the content and consequences of messages sent through your connected accounts.
The Service is intended for responses to eligible inbound conversations. You may not use the Service for spam, unlawful messages, unsolicited bulk outreach, deceptive communications, harassment, or any use that violates Meta's terms, platform rules, or applicable law.
Krieger Bangerz may apply rate limits, account controls, opt-out enforcement, escalation procedures, security checks, and other safeguards. We may suspend or restrict messaging features if we believe use of the Service creates legal, platform, security, deliverability, reputation, or user-safety risk.
The Service does not create authority to enter contracts, make financial commitments, provide regulated advice, or make binding promises on your behalf.
7. Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content and account information you control. You grant Krieger Bangerz limited permission to process that information only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and support the Service, diagnose failures using sanitized operational information, comply with law, and carry out your instructions.
Krieger Bangerz does not use direct-message content for targeted advertising, profiling, routine internal review, unrelated product development, or third-party advertising.
8. Third-party platforms
The Service depends on Meta, Instagram, Vercel, Neon, Cloudflare, Google, and other providers disclosed in the Privacy Policy. Their availability, permissions, APIs, rate limits, terms, policies, and security practices may affect operation.
9. Privacy, revocation, and deletion
Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy. You may revoke Meta authorization or request deletion using the Data Deletion Instructions. Revocation stops future access but does not necessarily replace a deletion request for stored Service metadata.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Krieger Bangerz LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service or a right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer it except where law expressly permits.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and revoke its Meta authorization at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to protect users, accounts, the Service, our providers, or third parties, or for violation of these Terms, platform requirements, or law.
12. Beta disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or error-free results. Beta data and functionality may be changed or removed.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krieger Bangerz LLC and its members, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Total aggregate liability for all claims arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount paid specifically for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred United States dollars (US $100).
14. Events beyond our control
Krieger Bangerz is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including provider outages, platform restrictions, network failures, government action, labor disputes, natural disasters, or widespread security incidents.
15. Electronic notices
Notices may be provided through the Service, by email associated with an invitation, or by posting at the canonical legal URLs, subject to applicable law.
16. Governing law and venue
These Terms and disputes concerning the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, state and federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee have exclusive jurisdiction, and each party consents to jurisdiction and venue there.
17. Severability, waiver, and assignment
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum permitted extent and the remainder will stay effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without written consent. Krieger Bangerz may assign them in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or transfer of the Service.
18. Entire agreement and changes
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and additional terms expressly presented for the Service form the entire agreement concerning the Service and replace prior understandings on the same subject.
We may update these Terms as the Service, law, or platform requirements change. Revised Terms will be posted here with an updated effective date and additional notice when required.
